Fiberligo digestion-resistant dextrin is a soluble corn fiber that acts as a low-calorie bulking agent. It can be used with minimal formulation adjustments in a variety of food applications to maintain or improve a product\u2019s desired attributes. Not affected on the taste or viscosity, Fiberligo produced via method of controlled enzymatic hydrolysis of cornstarch.<\/p>\n
