Overview<\/h2>\n

Naturik sacha inchi extruded powder is obtained from the seeds of sacha inchi (Plukenetia Volubilis L<\/em>.) grown and sustainably harvested in the Amazon rainforest of Peru. The sacha inchi seeds are cold- pressed to extract part of the oil and the seed cake obtained is gently heat extruded, dried, grinded, and sifted to obtain a water-soluble powder with improved digestibility and enhanced nutritional value. With 9% omega-9 content and a notable 1,900 mg\/Kg concentration of gamma and delta tocopherols, Naturik Sacha Inchi maintains an ideal 1.4 to 1 balance between Omega-3 and Omega-6.
