Overview

Oliglow® is a food-based ingredient concentrated to 70% galactooligosaccharides (GOS), including 9% 4’-galactosyllactose (GL), a specific prebiotic originally isolated from mother’s milk. These soluble short-chain fibers are non-digestible and ferment in the intestine, where they contribute to a regulation of the local microflora for a healthier microbiome.

Oliglow® has demonstrated its benefits in rebalancing the ratio of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria of the gut microflora, leading to lower inflammation and oxidative stress, both of which are damaging to skin health.
