The Ministry of Health has revised the Food Regulations which has been came into effect on January 1, 2024, (originally July 22, 2022).
As of now, we have seamlessly transitioned to and are currently implementing the new Food (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2020, following the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health’s Food Safety and Quality Division (FSQD).

In conjunction with the launch of this new food labeling guideline, we urge immediate attention to ensure that food products comply with the revised standards.
