Overview

Wheat grass is a young grass of the common wheat plant called triticum aestivum., family Poacaec. As its high chlorophyll content (70% of its chemical composition), it is known as “Green blood”. It is a gluten-free product and is available in liquid and powder form. It has structural similarity with haemoglobin (which is chlorophyll) and thus results in high oxygen supply to all the tissues.
