BiPRO® C.C. 9500 (Crystal Clear) is produced from fresh, sugary dairy whey. The spray-dried powder is a one-of-a-kind, undenatured whey protein isolate that is made up of specialised whey proteins such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, and others. The optical clarity and thermal stability provided by BiPRO® C.C. 9500 makes it perfect for use in acidic, high-protein beverages. The product is ideal for low pH hot-fill applications. BiPRO® C.C. 9500 has a natural pH of roughly 3.2, allowing most acidic beverages to be produced without the need of phosphoric acid, resulting in a clean label, flavour, and taste.
