The session started off with Keynote Speech from Mr. Chris Tan, our esteemed CEO, sharing his vision and insights for the future of Nexus Wise.
Ms. Leong Wan Sin, our dynamic COO, took the stage to share her perspectives on the organization’s growth and development.

The Year End Nexus Wise town hall meeting, served as a platform to unveil the company’s objectives and direction for 2024. The event marked a crucial moment for Nexus Wise, celebrating 16 consecutive years of growth. Chris Tan, our Executive Chairman, expressed confidence in achieving our sales target for the year and acknowledged the pivotal role each team member plays in this journey. Nexus Wise’s ongoing commitment, rooted in our 4 core values of Connection, Continuous improvement, Compassion, and Commitment, underscores our belief that our people are the key drivers of the company’s milestones and achievements.
Chris Tan emphasized, “Let’s continue to work together to offer exciting projects to our customers and, at the same time, achieve our BHAG sales target of RM200 million in our aim to create impact to 100 million people.” This ambitious goal underscores our collective commitment to making a positive impact on a global scale.
Ms. Kai Shin, Quality Management Representative, and Ms. Dina Akmal, HR Manager, shared valuable insights, contributing to a holistic understanding of our organizational dynamics.
